How to add a new post

Each post is a single Markdown file in src/content/posts/. The file name becomes the URL:

  • src/content/posts/my-first-post.md becomes /posts/my-first-post/

Start the file with a short block of settings (called front matter):

description: 'One sentence that summarizes the post.'
pubDate: 2026-10-04

Write your post here, using Markdown.

The settings are:

Name Required Meaning
title yes The post title.
description yes A short summary, shown in lists, search results, and RSS.
pubDate yes The publish date, as YYYY-MM-DD.
updatedDate no The date of the last update.
draft no Set to true to keep the post out of the site while you work on it.

You can use italic, bold, links, lists, quotes, and code:
